CLS allows on the road drivers to do Point of Sale (PoS) Merchant Services via Check or Credit Card eliminating the need for the driver to return to the original location. CLS also allows the dispatcher to GPS track all drivers and monitor their productivity. CLS has the ability to make your company paperless with digital manifest and exact replicas of your invoicing system, including logos, special instructions and return policy information. CLS uses the data from the website www.CLSTechApp.com to auto dispatch to each driver via a zip code or mapping parameters, preventing human error or a delay due to a dispatcher not being available.
Customers of our clients can download the app and track any order using the invoice number and delivery zip code. This allows the customer to see the driver and gives a real time Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) allowing the sales staff to continue to sell and the customer the freedom to track their own orders without having to call in to the shipping company.
